  • Home delivery across Dubai (within approximately 30–45 minutes)

  • Event delivery anywhere in the UAE (next-day service available)

  • Desert and yacht delivery, providing a luxurious, hassle-free setup

We take great care to represent all products accurately; however, colors, packaging, and appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, or device settings.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue or limit certain products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products or services. Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Delivery limitations or restricted areas

Payments must be made using the approved methods displayed on our website. You agree that all payment details provided are accurate and authorized.

SECTION 4 – DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to deliver your order promptly and with care.

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery within 30–45 minutes (approx.)

  • Other Emirates: Next-day or scheduled delivery

  • Special destinations: Desert or yacht deliveries may require advance confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or location access. Once an order has been dispatched, the risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of our products (tobacco, charcoal, accessories), returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@puffin-art.com with a photo and order number. We will review and resolve your request according to our Refund Policy.

By purchasing from Puffin Art, you agree to use our products responsibly and in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
