This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order fulfillment, delivery times, and applicable fees.
By placing an order with Puffin Art, you agree to the terms below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai — Same-day delivery within 30–45 minutes (approx.)

  • Special destinations — Desert sites, yachts, and private events available with advance booking and custom rates

If you are located in a remote or restricted area, please email contact@puffin-art.com before placing your order.

2. Delivery Hours

🕐 Daily: 24 Hours Per Day
⏰ Deliveries outside these hours may be arranged upon request for scheduled events or special occasions.

Event, yacht, and desert deliveries should be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper coordination.

3. Delivery Times

Typical delivery windows:

  • Dubai: 30–45 minutes (average)

  • Events / Desert / Yacht: As scheduled with our team

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or location access.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Dubai: Free delivery on orders over AED [Insert Amount]

  • Other Emirates: Delivery fee calculated at checkout based on distance

  • Special Deliveries: Desert / Yacht / Event services are priced individually after location confirmation

All fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Process

  1. You receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

  2. Our team prepares your premium shisha package.

  3. You receive an estimated delivery time once your order is dispatched.

Please ensure that your address and contact number are correct and that someone aged 21 or over is available to receive the delivery.

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Recipients must be 21 years or older in compliance with UAE law.

  • A valid ID may be requested upon delivery.

  • If you are unavailable or provide an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • For event deliveries, please ensure sufficient access and setup space at the agreed time.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive for timely service, Puffin Art is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic or road closures

  • Weather or natural conditions

  • Restricted area access

  • Courier or logistics issues beyond our control

We will notify you promptly if a delay occurs and provide a revised ETA.

8. Order Tracking

For Dubai orders, live tracking may be available through our dispatch system.
For other Emirates and events, you will receive status updates via WhatsApp or email.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unreachable recipient, or failure to present ID, your order may be canceled or rescheduled at your expense.
